Cancellation Policy


Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your reservation, which can be paid via check or credit card. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, so it's essential to ensure your commitment before booking.

  • Cancellation by Participant: In the event that you need to cancel your trip, we understand that circumstances may arise. While deposits are non-refundable, we will refund your deposit if we are able to rebook the dates you have canceled. If you book your trip less than 7 days before departure, full payment may be required at the time of booking. Refunds for last-minute bookings are contingent upon our ability to rebook the dates.

  • No Show Policy: Failure to show up for a trip without prior notice will result in being charged the full trip price.

  • Cancellation by Streamline Adventures: If we must cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control, such as dangerous weather or water levels, we will refund your deposit in full or reschedule the trip for mutually agreeable dates. Please note that rain alone is not considered dangerous weather.
